Cape Fox Facilities Services, LLC (CFFS) was founded in April 2007, and was certified as a Small Business Administration 8(a) in December 2012. CFFS was formed to pursue facilities maintenance contracts with the Federal Government. As a full-service professional service company, CFFS now principally delivers scientific and research services; develops and manages human capital solutions; and provides traditional custodial, security, and maintenance services for Government and private sector clients.

CFFS provides critical enterprise support services to help our clients integrate talented and skilled support personnel. We maintain complete operational capabilities while delivering responsive solutions that exceed client mission requirements. CFFS proves that no matter how complex the assignment, we allocate the resources to respond quickly and effectively, determine creative solutions, and put those solutions in place. Todd Morgan

Todd Morgan
President

As the President of a portfolio of Cape Fox companies, Todd brings a wealth of knowledge and an array of experience in operations, P&L oversight, product development, and professional and information technology support services involving both start-up and growth organizations. He will be responsible for driving operational excellence as the [Cape Fox] Federal Contracting Group continues to strengthen and grow its business to meet the evolving needs of its customers.

With more than 27 years’ of experience, his expertise lies in successfully creating and implementing strategic operational processes, coaching and developing employees, and managing business development efforts to realize revenue increases, with a strong commitment to providing essential Professional, Administrative, and Information Technology (IT) Support Services for mission-critical programs across the DoD and Intelligence Communities.

Todd joined Cape Fox in November 2019 after most recently serving with Alaska Native Company (ANC) Koniag Government Services, where as President of the Enterprise IT Operating Group he was responsible for driving the advancement of the Koniag mission within the Federal and National Security market spaces. He also served as Chief Information Security Officer for Koniag Inc.

Mr. Morgan possesses a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from ASU. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Officer (CISSO), and obtained a Project Management certificate from James Madison University and several certificates in Leadership and Management from the George Washington University. He enjoys traveling, cooking and is an avid outdoor enthusiast where he likes to hike, camp and mountain bike.
