One of the words often used to describe Cape Fox Federal Contracting Group (FCG) and its subsidiaries is quality. FCG is a company that provides quality services and products and is an employer whose expert talent demonstrates a quality of work that is often unsurpassed. One such employee has stood out for her quality work and dedication to the contract’s mission. Cape Fox Facilities Services (CFFS) employee Pamela Coleman-Davis has proven her excellence through hard work, steadfast commitment, and superior knowledge and expertise. CFFS is a Cape Fox Corporation subsidiary that provides professional services such as human resource management to several federal customers. CFFS shines a spotlight on Pamela’s positive attitude and dependability, which have resulted in outstanding contributions to the work of the contract. Pamela has proven herself to be an asset to the work and mission of the contract and a tremendous asset to the CFFS team. We proudly award her a Cape Fox Tinàa Award for Employee Excellence. Pamela is a Program Specialist on CFFS’ United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Human Resource Transformation Services (HRTS) contract. Pamela has worked with CFFS since August 2022. In her role as Program Specialist, she is the Professional Development Specialist for the Center for Professional Development. In that capacity, she is Program Manager for the USAID Certified Coaching Program and is responsible for facilitating professional development classes and workshops. She is also a certified Myers-Briggs facilitator, Gallup Strengths Coach, and Executive Coach.
While Pamela’s career has spanned over 35 years, she has greatly excelled in her role, working in professional development and coaching. Her talent has not gone unnoticed. Pamela was recognized by USAID in the USAID Training Professionals Appreciation Awards in June as one of their Rising Stars for her dedication to quality training. This is an Agency-wide competition. The customer commented, “Pamela has truly demonstrated an understanding of the importance of quality training and its impact.”
Pamela has been married for over 30 years and is a mother of two. She is also an amateur genealogist. Pamela hopes that when she retires to travel, write, and live abroad. Yet, it is Pamela’s grace and moral character that stands out both personally and professionally. She lives by a core tenet to be in a constant state of learning, be generous with your knowledge, and be kind.
