8(a) STARS III is a multiple award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract that provides access to small business solutions for customized IT support and services. Details of the 8(a) STARS III contract include:

  • Tailored to meet an agency’s particular mission needs
  • Allows flexibility for contract types including Fixed Price, Time & Material, Labor Hour, or a Hybrid of any of these at task order level
  • Allows ancillary support components, commonly referred to as Other Direct Costs (ODC), at the Order level
  • Established contract ceiling rates
