NAVAR

NAVAR was founded in January 2005 as an Alaska Native Corporation (ANC) and is a subsidiary of Cape Fox Corporation. Prior to becoming a subsidiary of Cape Fox, NAVAR started out as a commercial company in Ketchikan, Alaska with a focus on the local tourism business. NAVAR entered the SBA 8(a) program in May 2010 and graduated in May 2019.

Tim Blaszkow

Director of Operations

Bio

Tim Blaszkow is responsible for expanding the Cape Fox Federal Contracting Group’s customer base and expanding our capabilities as we continue to support critical customer support missions. Tim brings to the Cape Fox Team his years of experience with program management, operations, profit and loss management, and design and support for information technology and professional support services programs.

Tim brings more than ten years’ experience delivering high-quality support services to customer missions, implementing, and executing strategic processes, delivering customized mission support solutions, developing professional employees, and supporting new and ongoing business development efforts. Tim has extensive experience delivering organic program growth and new customer business development across the Defense and Federal Civilian Markets.

Tim joined Cape Fox in December 2019 after having most recently supported a Tribally-Owned contractor, All Native Group, as the Director of Information Technology, Cybersecurity, and Telecommunications. There he was responsible for overseeing and managing contractual service delivery, profit and loss, and new business development across the technical service portfolio.

Tim possesses a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and a Project Management Institute Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
