The new year started with a win for NAVAR, LLC, a Cape Fox Corporation (CFC) subsidiary. NAVAR will be expanding its conference planning and meeting support experience with a new customer, the Federal Transit Administration (FTA). The FTA is an agency under the Department of Transportation (DOT) and provides financial and technical assistance to local public transit systems. The FTA oversees safety measures and develops advanced technology research. NAVAR began providing the FTA with logistical support for conferences and meetings on January 5th. NAVAR started the year with a new win from a new customer and will expand their meeting planning experiences.
NAVAR has become a premier contractor for its creative, high-quality event planning services with several federal agencies, and they are ready to bring that experience to the FTA. NAVAR will be providing logistical support for conferences and events including, preparing meeting materials, including electronic media, facilitating satisfaction surveys after the meeting, setting up a link for event registration, and hotel and travel arrangements for attendees. Many conferences for the FTA are now 100% virtual, and NAVAR will be providing technical resources and audiovisual needs to ensure the uninterrupted success of virtual meetings.
NAVAR will be providing start to finish event planning and management to the FTA with their strategic approach to ensure meeting and mission success. NAVAR’s successful process often increases event attendance and significantly improves agency visibility to the public and lawmakers. NAVAR is looking forward to bringing its successful methods to the FTA.
