Cape Fox Corporation (CFC) subsidiary NAVAR was recently awarded a one-year task order to provide event planning and logistics support to the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Office of Communications and Congressional Affairs (TCA). NAVAR has provided these services to FTA since 2022 and is excited to continue supporting the mission of FTA TCA to broaden awareness of ongoing transit initiatives nationwide. NAVAR is a premier government contracting provider for event management and marketing services with expertise in planning, promoting, preparing, and producing events that stand out and ensure program success.
The FTA is an agency within the Department of Transportation (DoT) that provides financial and technical assistance to local public transit systems, including buses, subways, light rail, commuter rail, trolleys, and ferries. FTA also oversees safety measures and helps develop next-generation technology research. FTA’s TCA office is the agency’s lead office for media relations, public affairs, and Congressional relations, providing quick response support to the agency, the public, and Members of Congress daily. The office distributes information about FTA programs and policies to the public, the transit industry, and other interested parties through various media.
