CFFS Spotlights an Employee Whose Creativity and Dedication Lead to Success

Employee recognition is acknowledging an employee’s exceptional behavior, effort, or actions that support the organization’s goals and values and exceed expectations. Cape Fox Corporation (CFC) is proud of how many employees have stood out throughout the years as exceptional. CFC values all of its team and the efforts each one makes toward the company’s success and any mission success. Cape Fox Facilities Services (CFFS), a CFC federal subsidiary, has one employee deserving praise and respect. Kristina Holubar has shown herself to be a remarkable team member and an excellent employee who often surpasses expectations, demonstrating her exceptional dedication to the mission and her work. As a result, Kristina was nominated for a Cape Fox Tinàa Award for Employee Excellence. This award is given to employees who demonstrate dedication, performance, dependability, productivity, and attitude.

Kristina began working for CFFS in 2024 on the CFFS contract with the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) as their Health/Wellness and Commander’s Ready and Resilient Council Integrator (CR2C-I). In this role, Kristina directs the integration, synchronization, and evaluation of programs, practices, and policies. Facilitates collaborative organizational wellness projects with Army HQDA, HQ G1, MSC Command Teams, Unit Ministry Teams, Command Surgeon, Command Chaplain, and Command Psychologist. She is also responsible for coordinating, planning, organizing, and implementing comprehensive DoD and Army health and wellness initiatives to enhance quality of life, resilience, risk reduction, suicide prevention, and wellness for Soldiers and civilians. Kristina also communicates and coordinates prevention efforts to increase knowledge and understanding of available resources. Documented actions include resource guides and a comprehensive communications and marketing plan.

During her tenure with INSCOM, Kristina has garnered much praise from the customer for her professionalism, creativity, and communication skills.  The customer recently commented, “Kristina has demonstrated the ability to build collaborative relationships internally and externally and work as part of a team with maturity, professionalism, positive attitude, tact and good judgment.  Exceptional employee.”

Kristina came to CFFS with much experience working as a team and with a healthcare focus. Her experience and her talent continue to standout. Kristina has demonstrated a remarkable ability as evidenced by the many accolades bestowed on her by the customer and her own team.
