Clarence is a Program Management Analyst on the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Human Resource Transformation Services (HRTS) contract. Clarence provides support to the Foreign Service Performance Management and Promotion (FSPMP) task team, customers, management, and HCTM leadership. He reviews HR cases that need resolution and attends meetings, webinars, and virtual Respectful, Inclusive, and Safe Environments (RISE)/HCTM training sessions. Virtual RISE is an innovative training that helps advance a respectful, safe, and inclusive environment in USAID’s workplace.

Clarence has shown himself to be a team asset, dependable, thorough, and has a tremendous ability to communicate efficiently. It is no surprise that Clarence has become an asset to the team. He is a community-spirited individual who, when not at work, enjoys spending time with family and fostering positive relationships with neighbors and his community. He also enjoys 80s and 90s music and movies, collecting 80s memorabilia and African art, and leading a healthy lifestyle. He often researches optimal health and how herbs, fruits, and vegetables can assist in healing the body.
