Concentric Methods, LLC was founded in September 2003 as an Alaska Native Corporation (ANC), and was certified as a Small Business Administration 8(a) on April 12, 2006. Concentric Methods is a subsidiary of Cape Fox Corporation. As a contract service provider, Concentric Methods focuses on offering value-driven smart solutions in the following markets: medical services, information technology, professional administrative, biosafety, and engineering services. We have the comprehensive experience, proven and available personnel and corporate expertise to provide the most advantageous solution for any procurement need or requirement. Concentric Methods is well qualified to ensure an outstanding client experience in all aspects of contract performance.

Lastly, Concentric Methods is also proud to have received the Joint Commission’s Health Care Staffing Services (HCSS) Certification. The program provides an independent, comprehensive evaluation of a company’s ability to provide qualified and competent staffing services. Several Federal contracting opportunities require contractors to have the certification and only a few contractors possess it. Concentric Methods is one of those contractors.

On May 25, 2021, Concentric Methods, LLC, a Cape Fox Corporation (CFC) subsidiary, was one of 23 suppliers recently recognized at a virtual ceremony by KellyOCG®, the outsourcing and consulting group of Kelly, with a 2020 Supplier Excellence G.E.M. (Going the Extra Mile) Award for providing superior workforce solutions with a focus on service, results, and a strategic partnership that made a significant positive impact on the KellyOCG business. Award winners represent top-performing suppliers across North America, EMEA and APAC and are less than 1% of the total KellyOCG supply chain, which includes 3,000 active partnerships across 140 countries.

President

As the President of Concentric Methods, Eagle Health, and Wolf Lake Services, Harold is responsible for directing the day-to-day management of the affairs, employees, and resources of the companies. He takes a vision and makes it reality through sound strategy development while intuitively seeing the threads of opportunities that wind through an organization, brings them together into a coherent whole, helps others extend their thinking, and drives material business advantage.

Harold has a proven executive management track record and over 19 years of experience driving sales growth in the medical staffing and professional support services industries. Harold earned BS and MS degrees at Howard University and a JD at Florida Coastal School of Law. He is a member of the District of Columbia and Florida bars.
