Director of Operations
Bio
Anna Allen, Director of Operations for Saxman One, works closely with executive leadership to oversee operational performance, drive process improvements, support business development efforts, and strengthen customer relationships across the company’s government contracting portfolio. She also coordinates contract execution, financial oversight, and long-term organizational growth.
Anna brings more than 15 years of experience in operations, program management, and event leadership, supporting government and commercial clients. Since joining Saxman One in 2019, she has successfully managed high-profile federal meetings, conferences, and operational programs with multimillion-dollar budgets, while leading cross-functional teams, overseeing contract execution, and supporting business development initiatives. Most recently serving as Program Manager for the Department of Justice contract, Anna provided leadership to a team of logistical planners and served as a trusted advisor on operational strategy, resource management, and client engagement. Known for her collaborative leadership style, operational discipline, and commitment to client success, Anna has consistently delivered complex programs with exceptional results and has become a respected leader within the organization.
