The spirit of the Cape Fox Tinàa Award for Employee Excellence is to recognize employees who demonstrate dedication, performance, dependability, productivity, and a positive attitude. This recognition may be awarded to fellow team members or individuals from other teams. Jacob Mosholder is an integral part of the Cape Fox Corporation (CFC) Communications team who has provided valuable service and assistance to the Saxman One Department of Justice (DOJ) contract team. As a result, Jake is spotlighted as a Cape Fox Tinàa Award winner.
Jake has been with the Communications team for ten years as the Sr. Multimedia Producer. He takes videos and photographs at essential staff functions and events for the entire organization, and assists contracting teams when his talent and skills are required. For Saxman One, Jake has supported the team in numerous critical capacities, including onsite conference photography and videography, onsite registration and general event support, as well as photo and video editing and 508 compliance. Regardless of the role, he approaches every task with professionalism, flexibility, and a commitment to excellence.
Jake has consistently demonstrated dedication, performance, dependability, productivity, and a positive attitude that exemplify the spirit of this award. In his nomination for the Tinàa Award, Saxman One team members commented that “Jake works quickly and efficiently with our typically time-sensitive tasks, while still delivering exceptionally high-quality results. He has never missed a deadline, often going above and beyond to ensure that our work not only meets but exceeds expectations. His contributions have helped Team DOJ look polished and prepared in front of our client, and his reliability has been invaluable to our success.”

When Jake is not in the office, he loves spending time with his family, supporting the Cub Scouts as a cubmaster, and playing with his menagerie of pets. CFC Communications is delighted to have Jake as part of the team. This recognition is well deserved. Thank you, Jake!
