Cape Fox Corporation (CFC) subsidiary Kwaan Tech, LLC was recently awarded a General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) within the 8(a) Sole Source pool in the Office Management and Professional Services. Direct 8(a) awards are a method to use sole source procedures to award to a single contractor under the 8(a) business development program.
Under this Federal Supply Schedule, which provides agencies with a simplified ordering process for obtaining commercial supplies and services at prices associated with volume buying, Kwaan Tech can provide a range of turnkey day-to-day office administrative support services, such as clerical and secretarial functions, data entry, payroll administration, recordkeeping, travel preparation, scheduling, notetaking, meeting management, drafting memos/notes/letters, purchasing/requisitioning supplies, and logistics. Kwaan Tech is pleased to increase its expertise in professional services with a new customer. Kawaan Tech will be providing operating advice and assistance on administrative and management issues such as
- strategic and organizational planning,
- business process improvement, a
- cquisition and grants management support,
- assessment and improvement of financial management systems,
- financial reporting and analysis,
- validation of the agency’s portfolio of assets and related support services,
- strategic financial planning,
- financial policy formulation and development,
- special cost studies,
- actuarial services, economic and regulatory analysis,
- benchmarking and program metrics, and
- business program and project management.
This MAS allows the federal government and other eligible customers to procure exceptional expedited services from Kwaan Tech while complying with Federal Acquisition Regulations. This MAS establishes fair and reasonable prices for services and assures customers that Kwaan Tech can meet all regulatory compliance requirements and has a track record of outstanding service.
With the introduction of the new MAS 8(a) pool, customers can leverage the MAS to execute sole source and competitive opportunities to meet agency requirements while supporting small business goals.
