Cape Fox Federal Integrators, LLC (CFFI), a Cape Fox Corporation (CFC) subsidiary, is pleased to announce that it has officially become certified to ISO standards 9001:2015 as of April 21, 2023, with the help of ISOP Solutions. Being certified as an ISO 9001:2015 company means CFFI will benefit in numerous ways and allow the company to create a more prominent brand, expand our customer base, and certify our technology and data management expertise moving forward.
So, what is ISO 9001 certification, and why does it matter for CFFI? In 1987, the International Organization of Standardization published (ISO) 9001. ISO 9001 demonstrates a commitment and ability to provide uniform quality assurance standards for product or service providers. When an organization becomes ISO certified, it has shown a commitment to its procedures and the total quality of the product or service by establishing an effective quality management system. Being ISO 9001 certified puts CFFI in the ranks of being able to guarantee our data management service quality.

This certification will also save money by providing CF with the necessary indicators and tools to identify problem areas and the means for correcting those areas. It will make CF look at every aspect and phase of our operating processes as well as the results of those processes.”
