In September, Wolf Lake, LLC, a Cape Fox Corporation (CFC) subsidiary, will begin working on a new contract with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). This firm fixed-priced contract will employ Wolf Lake staff to provide Personnel Facilitation and Support Services on a five-year contract. CFC has a long history of providing support for USAID with various subsidiaries, and we are delighted to begin this new contract by growing our professional services and training support offerings to the agency in meaningful ways.
USAID is the world’s premier international development agency. USAID ensures families, communities, and countries can thrive and grow. USAID works toward health initiatives like pandemic support and research, disaster relief, or helping communities grow through education and resources.
Wolf Lake will support USAID’s Office of Human Capital and Talent Management (HCTM) Center for Professional Development (CPD) at its corporate headquarters in Washington, DC, and in overseas mission bases. Wolf Lake will design and implement quality programs and professional development services for virtual and in-person career development training. Wolf Lake will focus its primary services on three objectives to include:
- Management of the Agency’s Learning Management System (LMS)
- Facilitate training and professional development
- Provide career development workshops
