Nickie Ermine Smith is a Medical Records Specialist on the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Occupational Medical Service (OMS) contract. Nickie has 25 years of experience supporting NIH OMS, 17 of which have been spent as a valued member of the Eagle Health team under contract. As a Medical Records Specialist, Nickie has been a cornerstone of reliability and professionalism. Her contributions include:
- Managing OSHA and ECOMP entry and reconciliation, providing highly visible support that strengthens OMS partnerships with the NIH Safety Division.
- Entering and correcting thousands of cases over the years, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Securely filing, updating, and tracking thousands of medical records while maintaining confidentiality and precision.
- Scheduling thousands of NIH employees for occupational medical services, enabling them to support critical research initiatives safely.
- Delivering a friendly and professional check-in experience that creates a welcoming environment for all employees.
