Positivity is Contagious as One CFFI Employee Exemplifies

CFFI | Employee Appreciation | LO ISR | Scheduler | Tinaa Award | US Air Force

It is often said that positivity is contagious. Positivity strongly indicates how someone approaches life, obstacles, and opportunities. A person’s positive attitude and emotions can spread to others, uplifting another person’s mood and behavior.  That is one reason that one of the categories for the Cape Fox Employee Spotlight Tinàa Award is attitude. It is also why Cape Fox Federal Integrators (CFFI), a Cape Fox Corporation subsidiary, is delighted to spotlight one of its employees, Le’Aries White.

Le’Aries began working for CFFI in November 2024 as a Scheduler on the Low Observable (LO) Airborne Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) contract with the United States Air Force. Le’Aries is recognized for his exceptional dedication and invaluable contributions to the LO ISR mission as a Flight and Airspace Scheduler. On numerous occasions, he stood out for his calm demeanor in the face of an obstacle and his willingness to help in any way. When scheduling was not static and was changing, causing the enterprise to face potential disruptions, Le’Aries consistently demonstrated a remarkable positive attitude and unwavering willingness to assist. His extensive experience and scheduling skills proved critical in maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring mission success. Le’Aries not only rose to the opportunity to offer his expertise but also proactively ensured that there were no gaps in scheduling support, effectively mitigating any potential negative impacts on our customers’ mission.

Le’Aries’ commitment to teamwork, his proactive approach, and his dedication to the LO ISR mission exemplify the highest standards of professionalism and service. His actions have had a direct and positive impact on our ability to provide uninterrupted support and maintain mission effectiveness. Le’Aries maintains a constant positive attitude and outlook, which is felt throughout the scheduling and aircrew community. He can always be counted on to assist when needed and cover any scheduling gaps that may come up unexpectedly. For these reasons, Le’Aries White is awarded the Tinàa Award. His contributions are deeply appreciated and serve as an inspiration to us all.

“Aries is an invaluable team member whose expertise directly impacts our unit’s operational readiness. His mastery of scheduling processes is unmatched, driving him to consistently seek out and resolve complex operational roadblocks before they impact the mission. I frequently observe him leveraging his technical proficiency to proactively mentor and educate other units we work alongside, dramatically enhancing multi-squadron collaboration. This selfless commitment to improving the wider organization, coupled with his contagious positive attitude, makes him the gold standard within our unit. Aries is the pivotal reason we successfully execute our mission.” – Maj Eric “Lockdown” Williams, 15 Test and Evaluation Squadron, Assistant Director of Operations.

The Cape Fox Tinàa Award for Employee Excellence is presented to employees who demonstrate dedication, outstanding performance, dependability, productivity, and a positive attitude. Le’Aries White exemplifies each of these traits. His expertise is vast, as he brought a wealth of knowledge from his time as an active-duty Air Force member specializing in aircraft maintenance.  His years of experience scheduling RPA maintenance, aircrew, and airspace, both locally and within the Nevada Test and Training Ranges, have proven invaluable to the LO ISR mission. CFFI is proud to have him as a vital member of our team. Thank you, Le’Aries.
