Anthony is working at Tinker AFB in Oklahoma City for CFMP’s Building 1 Helping Agencies Project, both Phases 1 and 2. These projects are being contracted through the Tulsa District U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). He consistently demonstrates what it means to be a safety leader. His approach goes far beyond ensuring compliance—he has built a culture in which safety is an integral part of daily operations, and every team member understands they are accountable for protecting one another. Through his leadership, professionalism, and willingness to engage with employees at every level, he has earned the respect of both our project personnel and our subcontractors.
Anthony has become a force multiplier for CFMP’s safety program. Beyond managing his own project, he has dedicated his time to developing company-wide processes, mentoring project teams, and supporting the Corporate Safety Manager in elevating our safety culture. His willingness to invest in others has created a more consistent and effective safety program across the organization.
