An exceptional employee consistently exceeds expectations, demonstrating commitment, accountability, continuous learning, resilience, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. When those qualities are shared across a group, they form an exceptional team working together in support of a common mission.
While Eagle Health does not often recognize an entire team, we are proud to honor five employees from the Telemedicine and Advanced Technology Research Center (TATRC) contract who have demonstrated exemplary service, dedication, and expertise. Through innovative thinking and creative problem-solving, these individuals have made meaningful contributions to the success of the program. In recognition of their outstanding performance, they were awarded the Cape Fox Tinàa Award for Employee Excellence, which honors individuals who exemplify dedication, dependability, productivity, and a consistently positive attitude.
The five outstanding employees are:
- Bethzaida Gonzalez-Lanham
- Ann Trout
- Tyler Ring
- Donna Lightner
- Courtney Kentrus
