Yet, it is the team behind our success that yields the results. One such employee recently has exemplified the definition of excellence, Keona Smallwood. Keona is being recognized for her dedication, dependability, productivity and attitude. Eagle Health proudly awards Keona a Cape Fox Tinàa Award for Employee Excellence. Keona joined Eagle Health as the Mailroom Manager for the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) contract in February 2023. Keona brought to the position a wealth of experience, including mail screening for prestigious institutions such as the White House and the Pentagon and over a decade of running her own daycare.
Patricia Wilson, a Legal Assistant at PBGC, commends Keona Smallwood for her exceptional work ethic by stating, “Keona’s perpetual smile, eagerness to assist, and remarkable efficiency make her a joy to work with.
