Kwaan Tech, LLC, has been awarded an OASIS+ task order with the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) to provide hardware and software license management support for TSA’s Technology Solutions Division – Mission Operations Support (TSD-MOS).
Under this task order, Kwaan Tech executes the procurement of annual hardware and software maintenance renewals across TSA’s TSD mission systems. The company implements a disciplined renewal process to maintain continuous coverage for time-sensitive mission systems. The team reviews requirements, analyzes vendor quotes, solicits pricing through market research, and routes procurement packages through TSA governance bodies for approval. Staff track order status from placement through delivery, confirm receipt of all maintenance agreements and licenses, and maintain auditable records that support compliance and continuous operations.
