Kwaan Tech, a subsidiary of Cape Fox Corporation, has been awarded a new five-year, $69 Million contract with the U.S. Navy to deliver Scientific, Engineering, Technical, and Analytical (SETA) support services to the Ship Maintenance Performance Group (SMPG) Program. The award reinforces Kwaan Tech’s growing role as a technology and data modernization partner to the Department of Defense/Department of War.
SMPG is a NAVSEA/PAE IO directorate dedicated to improving U.S. Navy ship maintenance and availability. Its mission centers on modernizing workforce data analytics, optimizing maintenance planning, and strengthening industrial fleet readiness across the Navy’s shipyard enterprise. Kwaan Tech’s team was selected to bring the technical depth, analytical rigor, and modernization expertise required to accelerate that mission.
To execute this work, Kwaan Tech leads a high-performing team that includes partners Booker DiMaio, LLC; Black Spoke, LLC; and Alliance Global Group — combining specialized technical talent and mission experience to deliver measurable outcomes for the Navy.

• Data Visualization — Clear, decision-ready dashboards and visual analytics that make maintenance performance, planning, and readiness metrics transparent and immediately usable.
