Sometimes, the best way to shine as an employee is by being consistent in your work, contributions, and performance. The Cape Fox Tinàa Award for Employee Excellence recognizes employees for commitment and dedication. Recently, Kwaan Tech, a subsidiary of Cape Fox Corporation (CFC), recognized not one but two employees who stood out for their expertise, positive attitude, and diligence. Kwaan Tech is honored to spotlight David Wallace and Erick Crumley each with a Cape Fox Tinàa Award for Employee Excellence. This award recognizes employees who demonstrate dedication, performance, dependability, productivity, and a positive attitude.
David has been with Kwaan Tech for almost a year, and Erick has been with the company since November 2025. Both individuals are Program Planners on a Kwaan Tech contract. The Program Planner provides planning services, including research and examinations, to support program evaluation and operations. The plans include research into and documentation of requirements, both operational and program evaluation or business management related.
John Rippel, Senior Program Manager, stated, “In recognition of their outstanding contributions and consistently exceptional performance in support of a Defense customer. Both individuals have distinguished themselves as indispensable assets to the program, consistently delivering high-quality planning products with minimal oversight and demonstrating initiative, professionalism, and operational acumen that set them apart. Our customer has repeatedly highlighted their critical role in the program’s ongoing success, citing their ability to work seamlessly across organizational boundaries, coordinate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and execute complex tasks with confidence and precision. Their reliability, cross-functional collaboration, and deep operational capabilities have directly contributed to mission success, and the customer has expressed that finding individuals of their caliber is rare. David and Erick exemplify the standard of excellence we strive to maintain across our workforce, and we are proud to recognize their contributions through this nomination.”
