On January 13, 2020, Eagle Health was awarded a 77 person contract with the Office of Human Capital and Talent Management (OHCTM) of the United States Agency for International Development. OHCTM handles all aspects of personnel activities, from recruitment and workforce planning to policy development, assignment evaluation, promotion, discipline, career development, and retirement policies and programs for USAID’s Foreign and Civil Service employees. This is the first time Eagle Health will be working with USAID. The Cape Fox family, however, has a long history of support to USAID, having worked with them since 2012 on contracts that have provided manpower support, professional support services, and language training.
USAID’s work advances U.S. national security and economic prosperity, leads the U.S. Government’s international development and disaster assistance, reduces poverty, and assists in humanitarian relief during crises. Eagle Health is excited to begin supporting USAID on February 1, 2020. Eagle Health’s primary purpose will be to advise and support all human resources and talent acquisition functions.
