Eagle Health, LLC, a Cape Fox Corporation subsidiary, shines a spotlight on an employee who excels. Erica Tolliver, an Occupational Health Technician, supports Eagle Health’s Occupational Health contract with the Army in Fort Benning, Georgia. She started with Eagle Health in December 2020 and has been recognized by Eagle Health’s leadership and the customer for her professionalism, communication abilities, and commitment to the mission of the contract. Erica provides health care to military and civilian employees exposed to various chemical, physical, and biological hazards to include the care and treatment of illness and injury, and performing programs of health examination, screening, counseling, and education. She also prepares employees for and conducts occupational health screenings, performs audiograms, vision and spirometry testing, and ensures personnel are current with immunization requirements.
Erica was nominated for the Cape Fox Tinàa Award because of the high praise earned from both the customer and Eagle Health’s leadership. This award is presented to employees who stand out for their dedication, performance, dependability, productivity, and outstanding attitude. Courtney James, her Program Manager, stated “Erica is consistently kind, professional, dependable and is always willing to help out her teammates.” According to Erica’s on-site supervisor, Erica is the “go-to for various needs at the clinic.” She is very reliable and “performs any tasks thrown at her with accuracy and professionalism. Erica has been willing to learn and take on new skills such as spirometry which has not been offered by the clinic in recent years due to the COVID pandemic.” The customer added that if she “could have 100 Ericas”, she would.
Erica is currently enrolled at Troy University in Phenix City, Alabama, where she is studying Criminal Justice with a minor in Human Services. Her passion for her work is evident. Erica added “I love working with people and serving our military families and civilians.” Erica is greatly deserving of this recognition and we are proud to have her as part of the Eagle Health team.
