Eagle Health, LLC, a Cape Fox Corporation (CFC) subsidiary, shines a spotlight on an employee who stands out for stepping up. Stephanie Bullock has worked for Eagle Health since December 2020. Stephanie is an Audiology Technician in Aberdeen, MD, supporting Eagle Health’s contract with the U.S. Army providing audiology services. Stephanie stands out for her work on the contract because of her diligence and commitment to exhibiting her abilities when taking on additional duties. The Cape Fox Tinàa Award for Employee Excellence is presented to employees who stand out for their dedication, performance, dependability, productivity, and attitude. Stephanie has exemplified this and has become a true asset to the Eagle Health team.
Eagle Health began working with the U.S. Army in September 2020 following a three-year contract award, filling a critical need to eliminate the backlog of Army personnel who require annual hearing exams and who have been unable to complete them due to COVID-19. The Eagle Health team consists of 30 Audiology Technicians serving 22 clinics across the United States, and Stephanie is part of the team. Stephanie performs daily duties as an Audiology Technician where she conducts hearing tests, coordinates hearing conservation activities, maintains and calibrates equipment, and maintains, validates, and compares data to ensure the hearing readiness of the military population. Stephanie stood out for her work when she was asked to take on additional responsibilities by Army leadership. Stephanie took on the responsibility of collecting weekly activity reports from our staff of 30 to inform the Medical Command of hearing readiness progress, facilitate incoming and outgoing shipments, register students for courses, serve as a course administrator, and assist in the maintenance and service of equipment.
Stephanie was nominated for the Tinàa award by her Program Manager, Courtney James, who commented that “Stephanie has been an invaluable asset to the Eagle Health team since joining the company. I am nominating her for this award as I have noticed the additional duties she has undertaken – my appreciation and awe of her abilities have been echoed by the customer.” U.S. Army leadership added that, “her ability to adapt to change, technical expertise, and attention to detail has been integral to the success of two hearing technician courses.”
When Stephanie is not working, she enjoys reading, playing the piano, and watching football (Go Ravens!). She is an employee who shines, and we are delighted to honor her with a Cape Fox Tinàa Award for Employee Excellence. Everyone at Eagle Health is honored to have Stephanie as part of the Cape Fox Team. Thank you!
