Eagle Health LLC, a subsidiary of Cape Fox Corporation (CFC), has numerous exceptional teams, which is why Eagle Health has become a leader in many fields. Employees consistently exceed expectations, demonstrating commitment, accountability, continuous learning, resilience, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. When those qualities are shared across a group, they form an exceptional team working together in support of a common mission.
Eagle Health is proud to honor six employees from the Improper Payment Evaluation Branch (IPEB) contract for their exemplary service, dedication, and expertise. The team’s reputation has grown within its sphere of influence and in its positive rapport, both within the Defense Health Agency (DHA) and in collaboration with agencies such as the Defense Contract Audit Agency and the Under Secretary of War (Comptroller)/Chief Financial Officer. The team has stood out to the customer for its exceptional in-depth records management audit, meeting all deadlines on compliance and performance reports. The team has supported special projects with the Systems Team, Health Care Fraud Division, and Technical Development. They conduct focus studies on specific risks within the TRICARE programs. The Eagle Health team has set the standard for work ethic and problem-solving agility across programs.
Eagle Health customer Tiffany Watkins forwarded her accolades for the Eagle Health team by stating, “The IPEB team, or as I warmly refer to them, ‘an elite team of super-nerds, ‘ has accomplished astonishing feats during FY2026 in the face of organizational change, fluctuating contracts, policies, and with the continued resilience and competence that makes every day in the office enjoyable and educational. The Eagle Health employees are dedicated to the DoW and DHA mission, highly experienced experts in their fields, and have led the IPEB team to successes in closing out decades-old GAO and OIG recommendations.”
In recognition of their outstanding performance, they were awarded the Cape Fox Tinàa Award for Employee Excellence, which honors individuals who exemplify dedication, dependability, productivity, and a consistently positive attitude.
