When government customers require comprehensive medical, occupational, and health services or professional and administrative support services, they turn to Eagle Health, LLC, a Cape Fox Corporation (CFC) subsidiary. For over 15 years, Eagle Health has stood out for its expert staff and commitment to mission success. One such employee, Courtney Kentrus, was recently recognized by our government customer and the Eagle Health executive team for her hard work, positive attitude, and drive toward success. As a result, in September, Eagle Health presented Courtney with a Cape Fox Tinàa Award for Employee Excellence for her contributions. Eagle Health proudly presents her with a Tinàa Award, which is bestowed upon employees who demonstrate dedication, performance, dependability, productivity, and attitude.
Courtney has worked with Eagle Health since September 2021 as Human Resources and Manpower Support on the U.S. Army’s Telemedicine & Advanced Technology Research Center’s (TATRC) contract. Her responsibilities include in-processing new hires for TATRC, preparing required forms for new hires, working with Leadership on civilian hiring actions, tracking and updating civilian performance objectives worksheets, tracking annual civilian performance evaluations, working with Leadership on civilian performance awards, maintaining TATRC rosters, providing management support for the IPA and ORISE programs, managing and processing changes to the TDA, and working with personnel on CAC and Ft. Detrick badge renewal.
As an Army Medical Research Lab, TATRC develops advanced medical technologies to optimize Warfighter performance and casualty care, focusing on the critical areas of computational biology, medical modeling and simulation, healthcare information technologies, and operational telemedicine. The TATRC COR recognized Courtney as the face of TATRC – she was lauded as being very helpful and knowledgeable about what needs to be done for new hires to in-process. The COR shared that Courtney is always available for employees and works well with new hires to get them in-processed.
Courtney’s dedication and positive approach to her work have stood out. Her project manager, Courtney James, recently commented that “Courtney is an integral part of the TATRC team, serving as the first face of the agency for new hires. Her professionalism, warm demeanor, and agency knowledge are indispensable.”
Courtney has been a devoted asset and part of the TATRC organization for 15 years. She also has a 10-year-old son, Caleb, obsessed with Hershey Park. Courtney grew up on a dairy farm that her parents still own. Her favorite pastimes include hanging out with friends, swimming, and FaceTiming with her 5-year-old nephew Ashby.
The Cape Fox Tinàa Award for Employee Excellence highlights exceptional employees. Courtney’s dedication and confident, cheerful disposition have made her an extraordinary team player. Eagle Health is pleased to have her on our team. Thank you, Courtney!
