Eagle Health, LLC, a Cape Fox Corporation (CFC) subsidiary, recognizes McKenzie Daigle. McKenzie is an Audiology Technician on Eagle Health’s U.S. Army Audiology contract. She is being spotlighted for her compassion, attitude, and commitment to her work as she has stood out to leadership at the clinic where she works and to the Eagle Health team. Her pleasant demeanor and willing approach to her work make her an extraordinary asset to the Eagle Health team. We proudly award her a Cape Fox Tinàa Award for Employee Excellence. This award is presented to employees who demonstrate dedication, performance, dependability, productivity, and attitude.
McKenzie has worked as an Audiology Technician on the contract in Aberdeen, MD, since October 2021. She works hard with duties that include fitting Army personnel with hearing protection, performing audiometric tests, presenting hearing safety briefings and hearing conservation training, and scheduling hearing exams.
McKenzie’s commitment to the work is undeniable. She was recognized recently by leadership at her clinic after receiving two satisfied comment cards from patients. One patient shared that “McKenzie was amazing” and that her attitude and timeliness of service were excellent. The other patient shared that “Ms. Daigle was very professional and accommodating. The hearing exam started right on time, and she took the time to explain my results. It was the best experience I’ve had taking a hearing exam in the Army.” McKenzie’s attitude and timeliness of service are consistently rated as excellent.
McKenzie has brought her caring and dedicated approach to her work throughout her career. She was born and raised in Virginia Beach, VA, and is an Air Force Veteran. While she was on active duty, she was a Public Health Technician. McKenzie seeks to further her education and expertise by pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Public Health. She also shows that caring has no boundaries. She volunteers at a local animal shelter on weekends and is learning American Sign Language. She also loves hiking with her dog, Norman, baking, and visiting historical or art museums.
