Eagle Health, LLC, a Cape Fox Corporation (CFC) subsidiary, shines a spotlight on an employee who has stepped up to provide additional support to the contract by undertaking additional duties outside her daily routine. And, she does this with a smile and a willingness to help. On September 2, 2021, Elezabeth Labib was presented a Cape Fox Tinàa Award for Employee Excellence. Elezabeth is an Audiology Technician who has worked for Eagle Health since December 2020 with the U.S. Army Audiology Program. The Cape Fox Tinàa Award spotlights those employees who are not just performing their jobs but excelling. Elezabeth Labib is one of those employees and we thank her for her hard work and dedication to the mission of the contract.
The U.S. Army Audiology Program fills a critical need to eliminate the backlog of Army personnel who require annual hearing exams and who have been unable to complete them due to COVID-19. Eagle Health’s Audiology Technicians perform hearing tests to evaluate hearing thresholds. Elezabeth works at an Army Clinic in Carlisle, PA and has been supporting two additional clinics with their Audiology needs. To support all three clinics, Elezabeth drives long distances and has happily agreed to helping wherever she can. Elezabeth has stood out for her positive attitude, hard work, and dedication. She is a true team player and well-deserving of this recognition because she stands out as a shining light.
Courtney James, the Program Manager for the U.S. Army Audiology Program noted, “Elezabeth is tremendously reliable and always has a positive attitude. She has been eager to accept additional responsibilities and has stood out as a fantastic asset to our Eagle Health team.”
Elezabeth’s hard work and dedication does not end on the job. She is a military spouse who enjoys running. In October, she will be running the Army Ten-Miler. Whether at home or on the job, Elezabeth’s commitment and care has stood out and we are proud to say she is part of the Eagle Heath Team. Thank you!
