Eagle Health earns this praise because of the individuals who stand out for their work and commitment to the mission of the contract. One such employee has stood out recently for her expertise, creativity, and steadfast work. Jenna Brandau is that employee. CFFS shines a spotlight on Jenna’s positive attitude and dependability, which have resulted in outstanding contributions to the work of the contract. Jenna has proven herself to be an asset to the work and mission of the contract and a tremendous asset to Eagle Health. We proudly award her a Cape Fox Tinàa Award for Employee Excellence. Jenna is a registered occupational health nurse who has been working with Eagle Health since October 2022 on the Occupational Health Services contract for the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency (ICE) within the Department of Homeland Security. Jenna coordinates the clinic visits and inquiries for services for ICE employees. She manages communications on the contact log. She also assists in the creation of standard operating procedures, including the creation and management of related questionnaires and forms. She also attends engagements and meetings with her teammates, clients, and vendors.
Recently, Jenna developed a system of managing email messages using a color-coded system which works very efficiently. She reaches out to potential clinic sites for services while continuing to foster positive relationships with anyone with whom she interacts. She has exceptional customer service skills, as shown by her responsiveness and patience for any need or request. She has also been willing to learn new skills that would be an asset to the work and the team when she learned how to create fill-in forms with proficiency, which has proven to be a remarkable advantage to the work and the team. Program Manager Nancy Hughes commented, “The first and only time I met Jenna, I was delivering a PIV reader to her. I knew her immediately, even though I had never met her before because she had such a positive energy around her that came shining through at that moment. It came as no surprise and was such a joy!”
Jenna has been a registered nurse for 13 years. She has experience in the emergency department, population health, and occupational health. Jenna’s passion for health and wellness extends beyond the workplace. She is interested in mental health and self-improvement. She enjoys exercise, including hiking and walking, as well as going to the gym. She is also currently in school for a bachelor’s degree in nursing and aspires to be a psychiatric nurse practitioner.
Jenna is a team asset. Her innovative thinking, positive attitude, and dependable nature have resulted in her shining example of excellence. Jenna has devoted her life to her work and growing her experience. Her magnificence shines brightly. Great job, Jenna!
