In April, Eagle Health, LLC, a Cape Fox Corporation (CFC) subsidiary, recognized one of its most valuable employees for the second time since he began working with Eagle Health. Anthony Jones works on Eagle Health’s Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) contract and has stood out once again for his commitment, dependability, communication and customer service skills, and attitude. As a result, Eagle Health proudly awards Anthony a second Cape Fox Tinàa Award for Employee Excellence. This award is bestowed upon employees who demonstrate dedication, performance, dependability, productivity, and attitude.
Anthony Jones started with Eagle Health in June 2021 as Dock Manager, but he has been working as a contractor at PBGC for several years. As Dock Manager, Anthony operates and manages the daily functions of the Receiving Area. He maintains PBGC service standards for safety, quality, service, delivery, and training and provides escorts to visiting contractors.
PBGC is a United States federally chartered corporation created in 1974. PBGC protects retirement security and the retirement incomes of over 33 million American workers, retirees, and their families in private-sector defined benefit pension plans. Eagle Health provides management, administrative, and technical support for the Workplace Solutions Department. Anthony’s dedication stood out recently to his team and the customer during the transition in the mailroom, showcasing his commitment to excellence and teamwork.
Roderick Duncan Jr., PBGC’s Reasonable Accommodation Coordinator, has praised both Keona Smallwood and Anthony’s performance, citing they have “unmatched professionalism, technical proficiency, and genuine customer service. His meticulous attention to detail and unwavering dedication contribute significantly to the smooth operation of PBGC’s mailroom.”
Outside of work, Anthony loves watching sports, playing basketball, eating great food, and traveling to different places. Anthony’s loyalty and commitment on and off the basketball court to his profession have been remarkable to witness.
