Becoming an industry leader is not easy when the field is full of other companies vying for the top spot. Cape Fox Corporation (CFC) has stood out among the crowd, and it is all due to the acclaimed talents of our employees. Recently, Eagle Health, LLC, a CFC subsidiary, recognized Caroline Pancotti. Caroline is an Occupational Health Nurse on Eagle Health’s U.S. Army Occupational Health contract. Her high level of performance and caring approach to her work stood out to the customer and to her Eagle Health team. Eagle Health is pleased to spotlight an incomparable employee for her performance, commitment, attitude, and compassion. We proudly award her a Cape Fox Tinàa Award for Employee Excellence. This award is presented to employees who demonstrate dedication, performance, dependability, productivity, and attitude.
Caroline Pancotti has worked for Eagle Health as an Occupational Health Nurse at Fort Meade since November 2022. Her normal job requirements include eliciting medical histories from patients; performing physical examinations related to occupational health; identifying, ordering, reviewing, and interpreting exam test results; distinguishing between normal and abnormal findings; making recommendations for immunizations in accordance with the CDC and job requirements; and facilitating health education and counseling, job-related immunizations, respiratory protection program efforts, and hearing and vision conservation.
Caroline worked on the 2022 – 2023 Influenza Vaccination Campaign at Fort Meade with tremendous results. The customer noted, “Her contributions directly resulted in over 12,202 personnel being vaccinated against the influenza virus and COVID-19 virus.” The customer continued by saying, “Your outstanding performance reflects great credit upon yourself, the Fort George G. Meade United States Army Medical Department Activity, the National Capital Region Medical Directorate, and the Defense Health Agency.”
Outside of work, Caroline puts the same level of production and compassion into her personal life. She is an avid furniture refinisher, gardener, and ballroom dancer and loves volunteering at BARCS, the local animal shelter.
