One of the best aspects of working for Cape Fox Corporation (CFC) is the many accolades that befall our employees. Recently, Eagle Health, LLC, a CFC subsidiary, recognized Alexandra Wellner. Alexandra is an Occupational Health Technician on Eagle Health’s U.S. Army Occupational Health contract. Alexandra’s high level of performance and dedication to her work stood out and were brought to the customer’s attention. Eagle Health is pleased to spotlight a remarkable employee for her pleasant attitude, determination, and excellent productivity. We proudly award her a Cape Fox Tinàa Award for Employee Excellence. This award is presented to employees who demonstrate dedication, performance, dependability, productivity, and attitude.
Alexandra has worked with Eagle Health since April 2022 as an Occupational Health Technician at the Fillmore U.S. Army Health Clinic in New Cumberland, PA. Alexandra conducts occupational health screens, including audiograms, vision tests, and spirometry tests; performs pre-visit planning for employees; maintains occupational health records; screens employee medical and immunization records; and refers to the Occupational Health Nurse or Physician for further testing if immunization records require it.
Earlier this year, Alexandra took on the additional task of organizing and assisting the Occupational Health Team with appointments for the Defense Logistics Agency’s Distribution Expeditionary (DLA DDXX) Team’s deployment. Alexandra assisted with processing all required documentation for the Team and made sure to do so with an expedited response time. The customer commented, “Alexandra had great perseverance and attention to detail. She was instrumental in assisting the Occupational Health Team in ensuring all personnel were mission ready and deployed on time.”
Outside of work, Alexandra is a mom to an incredible 8-year-old son. She derives great pleasure in spending her time at Hershey Park, camping, or hiking. A true nature lover who loves to stay active, she spends as much time as possible outside playing soccer, swimming, or exploring new parks. When she has to be indoors, she loves to read, listen to music, and knit. She is also an active member of her church, volunteering in the nursery and assisting with Bible Study.
The Cape Fox Tinàa Award for Employee Excellence highlights exceptional employees. They are the employees who deserve to be spotlighted for exceeding their job requirements, bringing an extra level of commitment, and showing the customer what a Cape Fox employee stands for. Alexandra has embodied this, and Eagle Health is delighted to have her on our team. Thank you, Alexandra!
