Eagle Health, LLC, a subsidiary of Cape Fox Corporation, is proud to announce that it has been awarded Task Order #140A1624F0079 under the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) Business Support Services (BSS) Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract. This task order is for Environmental Review and Permitting Support Services.

Under this task order, Eagle Health will provide the BIA with comprehensive environmental and cultural resource project review services. These services include reviewing and preparing National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documents, ensuring compliance with various environmental laws, and effectively coordinating with Tribes, Tribal offices, state agencies, and Federal agencies. The aim is to enhance the efficiency of environmental review and authorization processes for infrastructure projects.

The BIA, part of the U.S. Department of the Interior, is dedicated to managing environmental and cultural resources effectively. This initiative supports the Federal Permitting Improvement Steering Council’s Environmental Review Improvement Fund (ERIF) as part of the Inflation Reduction Act Section 70007.

Eagle Health excels in providing professional and administrative support services to governmental clients. This award further solidifies Eagle Health’s position as a leading provider of environmental and cultural resource management services. Our team’s expertise in NEPA processes, cultural and heritage resource management, and environmental compliance will be pivotal in delivering high-quality support to the BIA.

“We are honored to support the Bureau of Indian Affairs in its mission to manage environmental and cultural resources effectively. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional service and expertise to enhance the efficiency of environmental review and authorization processes,” said Harold Mitchell, President of Eagle Health.
