Every business grows and transitions at times. The Contracts team of Cape Fox Shared Services (CFSS) is no exception. Yet, during these moments of growth, employees are often afforded opportunities to shine, and that is what has occurred. Cody Freeze, Contracts Administrator for Contracts, stepped up in his role to cover the Contracts team when they were short-staffed. As a result, we are thrilled to announce a special recognition in the form of a Cape Fox Tinàa Award for Employee Excellence for one of our outstanding team members, Cody Freeze. Cody has gone above and beyond in taking on additional workloads and tackling new projects with remarkable skill and dedication. Cody began working for the CFSS Contracts team in August 2021 as the Contracts Administrator. Cody frequently excels in his position. However, recently, despite the pressures of increased responsibilities, he has consistently delivered exceptional results. His ability to adapt and excel under these circumstances has not only contributed significantly to our team’s success but has also set a shining example for us all.
