On January 13, 2020, Cape Fox Facilities Services (CFFS) was awarded a three and a half year contract with Office of Human Capital and Talent Management (OHCTM) of the United States Agency for International Development. OHCTM handles all aspects of personnel activities, from recruitment and workforce planning to policy development, assignment evaluation, promotion, discipline, career development, and retirement policies and programs for USAID’s Foreign and Civil Service employees. CFFS will be providing the agency full life cycle HR support, security, and training and professional development.
CFFS’ HR and Security support include assisting with security onboarding and processing credentials. CFFS will also design, develop, establish, and implement USAID’s talent assessment, learning, and growth initiatives along with data analysis and key trends reports. As part of the training objectives, CFFS will provide competency-based professional and technical training to meet professional certification requirements and develop employees to be able to increase responsibility while also improve job performance. The training support includes classroom training, distance learning, competency-based training, video training, and seminars and workshops.
