On February 19, 2021, Cape Fox Facilities Services (CFFS), LLC, a Cape Fox Corporation subsidiary, shined a spotlight on a dedicated employee, Sue Hille. Sue has worked for CFFS since 2016 on the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Scientific, Technical, and Other Professional Support Services (STOPS) contract. She has worked diligently on the NIH STOPS contract though since 2008. Sue works as a Laboratory Assistant. Safety in lab spaces is one of Sue’s primary responsibilities. During these times of advanced health and safety awareness, Sue took the lead to ensure workspaces were safe and secure for everyone. CFFS is honored to spotlight such a dedicated and dependable employee who embodies Cape Fox’s values. Great job, Sue!
Sue is described as always going above and beyond her regular duties and, because of her efficiency, has created a safe working environment that follows new and changing COVID requirements. Jeff Mark, Program Manager at Rocky Mountain Laboratory (RML) for the NIH STOPS contract commented, “She does an excellent job to ensure that operations will continue throughout the pandemic to provide quality, clean, sterile glassware to RML scientific staff. She helps troubleshoot and mitigate any issues, and even when she couldn’t be on-site, she was always available and responsive to questions or requests from on-site team members.”
Besides her regular job duties, Sue is often involved with training employees, developing documents, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Sue is an employee that often motivates others because of her positive work attitude. CFFS is delighted to honor such a valuable member of the team. Thank you!
