On November 22, 2024, Cape Fox Federal Integrators (CFFI), LLC, a Cape Fox Corporation subsidiary, awarded a Cape Fox Employee Spotlight Tinàa Award to Chad Smith. Chad began working for CFFI in 2017 as a Hardware Tech on the Remotely Piloted Aircraft Squadron Operations Center (RPA SOC) program. Today, because of Chad’s hard work over the years, he was selected as Sr. Configuration Manager on the Air Force (AF) Distributed Common Ground Station (DCGS) Enterprise Collaboration Capabilities (ECC) Voice Solution program. Chad often stands out for his job performance and expertise. Recently, he was lauded by government leadership for his outstanding dedication to updating over 5000 pages of documents, which included 25 Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRL). Chad was the pinnacle in reviewing and redlining seven Time Compliance Technical Orders TCTO, the Emergency Command Center (ECC) Test Plan, the Install Backout Plan, the Maintainer Training Plan, the Operators Training Plan, five lab test plans, and the COTS Manuals.
Chad also trained on the ECC Voice System, allowing him to provide critical training to personnel at DCGS Continental United States (CONUS) and outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) sites. Chad has gained the utmost respect from our DCGS customers because of his work ethic and dedication to providing top-notch service. Chad’s Program Manager has deemed him one of CFFI’s most valuable assets and will be vital to taking the program to the next level.
CFFI is honored and appreciates Chad’s diligence, hard work, and expertise, in addition to being a great member of CFFI. Chad is an active member of his chosen faith and supports his local community. Chad exemplifies what the Cape Fox Tinàa Award signifies through his leadership and dependability. Thank you, Chad!
