In December, Cape Fox Federal Integrators (CFFI), LLC, a Cape Fox Corporation subsidiary, awarded a Cape Fox Employee Spotlight Tinàa Award to Cody Kobus. Cody began working for CFFI in July 2022 as a Jr. Simulator Operator on the Low Observable (LO) Airborne Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) contract with the United States Air Force. Cody is a valued member of the LO ISR Enterprise team who consistently demonstrates his commitment to the unit’s mission through his exceptional operational support. His outstanding contributions have been instrumental in driving success, and his unwavering efforts to seek common-sense solutions to complex issues have earned him recognition as a problem-solver and innovator. Cody’s proactive approach and ability to think critically have enabled him to identify and implement effective fixes, resulting in significant time and resource savings for the military partners. His dedication to streamlining processes and improving efficiency has made a tangible impact on the unit’s operations, and his recognition is a testament to his hard work, creativity, and passion for delivering high-quality support to the warfighter..

His proactive approach and customer-centric mindset have made him a trusted and respected team member, and his contributions have had a direct and positive impact on the success of the 30RS mission.
