In December, Cape Fox Federal Integrators (CFFI), LLC, a Cape Fox Corporation subsidiary, awarded a Cape Fox Employee Spotlight Tinàa Award to Ben Cook. Ben began working for CFFI in August 2023 as a Scheduler on the Low Observable (LO) Airborne Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) contract with the United States Air Force. Ben is a shining example of exceptional dedication and expertise within the 44RS, where he serves as a contractor responsible for scheduling duties. His outstanding contributions to the unit’s mission have been instrumental in driving the success of the Flight Training Unit (FTU). The commander and director of operations have come to rely heavily on Ben’s expertise and guidance, seeking his input on critical matters such as updates to the syllabus and the efficient utilization of shared assets. His exceptional knowledge and judgment have earned him a reputation as a go-to expert, and his selfless commitment to the unit’s goals has made a tangible impact on its overall performance. Ben’s superior performance is a testament to his hard work and dedication, and his recognition is well-deserved, serving as a model for others to follow.
