These rockstar employees are valuable for maintaining consistent, high productivity within the company. In August, Cape Fox Federal Integrators (CFFI), LLC, a Cape Fox Corporation subsidiary, awarded a Cape Fox Employee Spotlight Tinàa Award to one of its rockstars, Kim Kaufman. Kim began working for CFFI in June 2022 as a Lead Scheduler on the Low Observable (LO) Airborne Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) contract with the United States Air Force. Kim is a valued LO ISR Enterprise team member who consistently demonstrates her commitment to the unit’s mission through exceptional leadership and support. Her positive attitude, calm demeanor, adaptability, and thoughtful approach to situations have been the glue to keep her team consistent and thriving forward.
Jon Jones, CFFI Director of Operations, nominated Kim Kaufman for the award, stating, “It didn’t take long for us to realize that her contagious attitude, work ethic, and keen management style should be shared with the entire team. She was promoted to Site Lead in November of 2022, just five short months after joining the team. We saw an immediate impact on the entire LO ISR team as communication improved within the team and with the customer. Two years later, she made the move to the LO ISR Program Manager position, and since then, we have seen:

The Cape Fox Tinàa Award for Employee Excellence is given to employees who demonstrate dedication, performance, dependability, productivity, and attitude. Kim manages the CFFI LO ISR Program budget and resource allocation, risk and issue management, monitors program performance, and ensures customer satisfaction. On the contract, she has shown a remarkable ability to problem-solve and find innovative solutions to complex issues effectively. Her exceptional skills, combined with her positive attitude and adaptability, have been invaluable to her team and the customer.
