For 15 years, Cape Fox Federal Integrators (CFFI), LLC, a Cape Fox Corporation (CFC) subsidiary, has been leading the industry for government customers in providing Information Technology (IT) Technology Solutions. Much of the success behind CFFI’s contracts has been the exceptional team of experts who bring unparalleled commitment and expertise to each task. In September 2023, CFFI was awarded a contract with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Transportation Security Administration (TSA) with the responsibility for the annual procurement of hardware, software, and services renewals in support of six TSA programs at four locations, ensuring the continuous, uninterrupted support for all hardware maintenance agreements and software license assets. The CFFI team who worked with the customer on this contract has stood out for the unity, poise, attitude, professionalism, and finally, for achieving success for the customer and, as a result, for CFFI. As a result, each member of the CFFI Team has been awarded the Cape Fox Tinàa Award for Employee Excellence. This award is given to employees who demonstrate dedication, performance, dependability, productivity, and attitude.
As a background to how the CFFI has excelled: CFFI joined TSA late in their annual procurement cycle with the Period Of Performance (POP) for most of the hardware/software assets expiring on March 31, 2024. The CFFI TSA Team had to execute procurement tasks for over $9.5M in requirements (to include 63 purchase orders for 20 vendors) within 14 hours to ensure uninterrupted support for TSA assets. The team was not only successful in renewing all the hardware maintenance agreements and software license assets but also did so at a cost savings for TSA.
On May 8, 2024, the CFFI TSA Team was honored during a ceremony at the Cape Fox FCG Chantilly, VA office. The team was recognized with Tinàa Awards presented by Chief Executive Officer Chris Luchtefeld. The team was recognized for their unlimited energy, dedication to mission, and expertise. They were able to communicate and coordinate between the customer and vendors with precision and ease – no panic or confusion – it was like experiencing a symphony!”
