Passion, dedication, and expertise form the foundation of high-level success, blending deep enthusiasm with committed effort and mastery. Passion provides the drive and motivation, dedication ensures consistent, long-term effort, and expertise brings the necessary skills to deliver quality results. A dedicated employee is often passionate about their work and seeks ways to streamline processes, but it is an employee’s expertise that then advances the mission of an organization or contract. Cape Fox Federal Integrators (CFFI), a subsidiary of Cape Fox Corporation (CFC), employs numerous outstanding individuals who consistently demonstrate commitment and enthusiasm in their roles. One CFFI team member has shown exceptional loyalty, commitment, and resourcefulness in their work. John Penick, a Basic Instructor on the Army Traffic Safety Training Program (ATSTP) contract in California, was recently recognized for his exceptional work and enthusiasm with a Cape Fox Tinàa Award for Employee Excellence—an award presented to individuals who exemplify dedication, outstanding performance, dependability, productivity, and a positive attitude.
John has worked on the CFFI ATSTP contract since September 2024. As a Basic Instructor, John teaches motorcycle safety courses to active-duty soldiers, represents Cape Fox at the customer site, and handles basic motorcycle maintenance tasks. John has stood out in his position. He provides life-saving motorcycle safety training to soldiers at Fort Irwin. He provides classroom and range instruction. John recently assisted with a Career Fair at Fort Irwin. John talked to numerous soldiers and encouraged them to sign up for the motorcycle safety training. With the CFSS Recruiting Manager, he promoted a current ATSTP instructor job opening. In addition, John helped gather necessary job fair materials and provided important assistance with the setup and take-down of the CFFI booth.
