Cape Fox Federal Integrators, LLC, (CFFI) a Cape Fox Corporation (CFC) subsidiary, is proud to spotlight an employee who has played an essential role in the mission success of the 711th Human Performance Wing (711HPW) Contract, Warren Carroll. Warren was recently recognized by the government contracting officer for his hard work, expertise, commitment to the contract, and his essential role in providing the type of service that makes Cape Fox stand out. Warren has stood out as a shining star on the CFFI team and in November 2021, he was presented the Cape Fox Employee Spotlight Tinàa Award because of the exemplar dedication and proficiency he has shown that has led to mission success for 711HPW.
Warren started working with CFFI last year, but he has worked with the 711HPW since 2014 in various capacities. As a CFFI employee, Warren has stood out by the customer and by Cape Fox. Richard Simpson, Chief of the Airman Biosciences Division within the Airmen Sciences Directorate expressed that, “Mr. Carroll’s expertise in project management and assessment played a critical role in posturing the Automated Vision Tester (AVT) Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Spiral I Development Contract for future success.”
Warren has played an essential role with the 711HPW contract by organizing the AVT Final Design Review (FDR) Technical event, drafting the AVT Technical Transition Agreement, and displaying active engagement and contribution to increase research and development planning with clearly defined and organized strategies and deliverables. Additionally, Warren took the lead on several critical program initiatives including implementing AVT Planning Cell to streamline AVT program activities, conducting in-depth risk analysis for the AVT project identifying potential threats that could affect AVT development, and he led the project scheduling process to prioritize technical milestones.
Richard Simpson went on to say that Warren’s “critical support on the AVT project resulted in a successful transition to the Human Systems Program Office (AFLCMC/WNU) while fostering a collaborative relationship between the 711 HPW and AFLCMC/WNU. Many thanks to Mr. Carroll for his outstanding project management contribution to the 711 HPW mission, Operational Based Vision Assessment Lab, and service to our nation’s warfighters.”
