Since 2008, Cape Fox Federal Integrators (CFFI), a Cape Fox Corporation (CFC) federal subsidiary, has stood out as an industry leader, providing cutting-edge technology services, innovative solutions, secure network functions, and safeguarded systems and networks from potential threats. In April 2023, CFFI received its ISO 9001:2015 certification. Our products and services cover a vast array of innovative and leading-edge technologies. As a result, we want to ensure that our technologies are certified and audited for quality and accuracy. CFFI strives to advance our technologies in compelling ways that show our customers we work towards mission success. Leading the charge and managing the steps to receive ISO compliance certification was CFFI employee Ron Stewart. As a result, CFFI is honored to present Ron with a Cape Fox Tinàa Award for Employee Excellence. This award is presented to employees who demonstrate dedication, performance, dependability, productivity, and attitude.
Ron has worked with CFFI since April 2014. He is the Senior IT Operations Manager at Warner Robins Air Force Base in Georgia on the Remotely Piloted Aircraft Squadron Operations Center (RPA-SOC) contract. Ron leads a project team of 5-20 Network Technicians, System Administrators, and Hardware Technicians. He is responsible for the supervision of installation, testing, monitoring, maintenance, and certification of network, servers, software, and desktop equipment; associated ancillary electronic equipment and wiring per engineering specifications and operational procedures, both in technical facilities as well as on customer property in accordance with published Client Business standards. Throughout his nine-year tenure at CFFI, Ron has stood out for his leadership skills, high productivity, and innovative solutions to advance the work of the contract. Obtaining ISO 9001 Certification is one example of how Ron spearheads efforts that ensure CFFI stands out as a leader in the technology industry and always delivers mission success. When commenting on Ron’s leadership prowess, Program Manager Tyrone Smith noted, “Ron is a very talented IT Operations manager. He often sets the tone for the team to follow.”
Ron does not limit his technical aptitudes to just the workspace. When he is not excelling at his job, Ron enjoys do-it-yourself projects around his home. Over the years, Ron has exhibited the skills that have made him an exceptional leader for his team. His forward-thinking approach has also provided CFFI with the high achievement of being ISO 9001 certified, enabling CFFI to contribute even more to the growth of the company.
