Cape Fox Federal Integrators (CFFI), a Cape Fox Corporation (CFC) federal subsidiary, employee Edward Casarez recently provided additional contract support for the customer with positive results. He stood out for his dedication, positive attitude, and willingness to be a team player. As a result, CFFI honors Edward with a Cape Fox Tinàa Award for Employee Excellence. This award is presented to employees who demonstrate dedication, performance, dependability, productivity, and attitude.
Edward has worked with CFFI since July 2022 on the Low Observable (LO) Airborne Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) contract with the U.S. Air Force at Creech Air Force Base in Nevada. He is in charge of Standards and Evaluations. Edward maintains and administers all flight-testing materials. He is responsible for inputting and updating all grades and generating Air Force Form 8s, the foundation of an Aircrew member’s flight training and certification. Additionally, Edward conducts monthly reviews of aircrew qualifications and ensures all unit members adhere to Command established policies required for flying operations.
Edward is spotlighted for contributing to the 30 RS and 44 RS Standards and Evaluations shops. When manning was critically reduced, Edward stepped forward to support both units, ensuring that no impacts were felt towards the mission. Furthermore, Edward not only trained new hires but also trained current military Standards and Evaluation members, ensuring that the commander-directed program was being executed correctly. His efforts did not go unnoticed by the customer, who commented, “Overall, Mr. Casarez’s impact to our mission at the 44RS is immeasurable, he continues to uphold a high standard, and I just wanted to thank your entire team for all the hard work they accomplish daily!” – Capt Geno Hill, Chief of Standards and Evaluations.
Edward brought a wealth of experience to his position. He recently retired from the U.S. Air Force after serving 20 years. His enlistment spanned career fields in both Vehicle Maintenance and as a Remotely Piloted Aircraft Sensor. During his free time, Edward devotes his time to family and travel.
Edward’s devotion to his work is highly regarded and commendable. He exemplifies the expertise CFFI has among its talented staff, and he leads through his commitment to the mission. Edward is a remarkable asset to the CFFI team. Thank you, Edward!
