His positive attitude is often contagious, but his caring and devoted approach to his team is what has made him a remarkable CFSS employee and a remarkable person. Cape Fox Shared Services (CFSS) is honored to spotlight Stephen Sickles with a Cape Fox Tinàa Award for Employee Excellence. This award recognizes employees who demonstrate dedication, performance, dependability, productivity, and a positive attitude. Stephen is always ready to lend a hand or provide support; he exemplifies the values of the Cape Fox Tinàa Award.
Stephen began with CFSS in late 2024 as the Senior Subcontracts Administrator. In his role, he provides support for all contracts and subcontracts processed by Cape Fox Federal Contracting Group (FCG). CFSS Office Manager nominated Stephen for this honor, stating, “His willingness to assist others, often without being asked, truly reflects the collaborative spirit and dedication that define the Cape Fox culture. He consistently approaches every situation with professionalism, positivity, and a team-first mindset. His reliability, initiative, and supportive attitude make him a valued colleague and a real asset to Cape Fox.”
Stephen’s empathy and caring at work also include an adventurous spirit. When he is not at work, he loves being outdoors and traveling. Stephen has been an asset to Team Cape Fox from the moment he began, and his caring nature, positive attitude, and dedication to the organization’s mission have been an example of excellence.
