Cape Fox Shared Services (CFSS) handles everything from accounting to communications to human resources and IT. Many teams work behind the scenes, allowing for other staff to shine. One such hard-working, exceptional team is the CFSS recruitment team. Each team member helps program managers with hiring for government contracts. One of the team members was recently recognized for her teamwork, personality, customer service abilities, and commitment to her position. CFSS is spotlighting a valuable employee, Amy Adsit, with a Cape Fox Tinàa Award for Employee Excellence. Amy has worked with CFSS since April 19, 2022. She is an integral Recruiting team member, and CFSS is honored to present her with the Cape Fox Tinàa Award for Employee Excellence. The Cape Fox Tinàa Award for Employee Excellence is given to employees who demonstrate dedication, performance, dependability, productivity, and attitude.
Amy’s role finds her helping many program managers to find candidates for federal contracts and commercial positions. This can be challenging at times, but Amy’s positive attitude and willingness to get her job done have made her stand out. She was nominated for a Cape Fox Spotlight by Michael Bartlett, Chief Financial Officer for Cape Fox Corporation (CFC), who commented that “She has been a valuable resource in filling hard-to-fill roles such as those in Ketchikan and has recently assisted in bringing on board an exceptional new hire. Amy is approachable, resourceful, driven, and possesses strong communication skills. This combination of skill sets is essential as a recruiter since they are usually the first point of contact between CFC and a potential candidate. Amy represents CFC culture and values very well.
Amy’s can-do attitude and spirit extend beyond the office. She loves adventure and camping in her RV and is fond of Taylor Swift and Barbie.
CFSS is delighted to have Amy as part of the recruiting team, and she is well-deserved of this recognition and spotlight. Thank you, Amy!
