Cape Fox Shared Services (CFSS) is spotlighting a valuable employee in Accounting, Senior Accountant Phuong Tran, with a Cape Fox Tinàa Award for Employee Excellence. Phuong has worked with CFSS since March 25, 2019. She started as a General Ledger Accountant but has risen in her position to become the CFSS Billing Manager. Phuong came to CFSS with extensive government contracting accounting experience. She is an integral Accounting team member, and CFSS is honored to present her with the Cape Fox Tinàa Award for Employee Excellence. The Cape Fox Tinàa Award for Employee Excellence is given to employees who demonstrate dedication, performance, dependability, productivity, and attitude.
Phuong was nominated for a Cape Fox Spotlight by Chelsey Vasquez, Director of Operations for Cape Fox Facilities Services, Eagle Health, and Concentric Methods. Phuong recently stood out for her commitment, positive attitude, customer service skills, and personable nature. She processes invoices for Chelsey and, no matter the amount, is always able to return them to Chelsey promptly.
Chelsey commented that Phuong “is always smiling and super friendly. You can tell she genuinely loves being part of the Cape Fox team, and this is exemplified in her work ethic and willingness to do whatever it takes to ensure the customer is satisfied.”
