Cape Fox Shared Services (CFSS) is a highly respected team that supports the organization’s essential needs for accounting, business development, IT services, communications, and HR and recruitment. This team stands out for its unity and commitment to its positions. Each CFSS employee is a star, but one employee stood out bright recently for her exceptional work and resourcefulness. Megan Wilcock, a CFSS Human Resources team recruiter, shined for taking on a challenge and finding success. She was committed to recruiting for Cape Fox Facilities Services’ (CFFS) U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) contract. Through her dedication to recruiting and contract hiring initiatives, she excelled and recruited exceptional candidates. Megan has been an outstanding asset to the CFSS Recruitment team. As a result, CFSS proudly presents her with a Cape Fox Tinàa Award for Employee Excellence. This award is given to employees who demonstrate dedication, performance, dependability, productivity, and attitude.
Megan joined CFSS in February of 2022. She provides recruitment support, data management, collaboration with client groups to understand and ensure hiring needs and goals are met, facilitates interview and hiring discussions, ensures job postings and screening questionnaires are formatted and accurate, utilizes the applicant tracking system (ATS) along with other tracking tools essential for recruitment, and creates job requisitions. Megan has done much of the recruitment for CFFS since she began in 2022.
